Powered by Salesforce, Santander has built a new Help Center for their customers. Due to the digitalization of many operations, the main objective of this project has been linking user's search to self management flows.

Thanks to Santander's UX team , many operations have been digitalized to be offered in Online Banking. These flows have been included in Help Center with 8 main categories to ensure clients solve their doubts without visiting a bank branch.
